-We offer a wide variety of coatings to fit most budgets. Due to the different measurements and requirements for every project and our wide variety of concrete floor coatings, we offer free estimates and provide an exact cost for the particular floor coating you desire at the time of the estimate.
Warranty
-We use a premium concrete floor coating system that is specifically formulated to be strong, durable and permanent. With our premium coating applied our floors will adhere to the substrate and the life expectancy of our concrete floor coatings is equal to the concrete it is applied to.
Cleaning and care
-Our premium concrete floor coating will last as long as the concrete it is applied to when following our cleaning and maintenance recommendations. Proper cleaning and care will enhance the beauty of your floor, maintain your warranty and extend the life of your topcoat. Your concrete floor coating can be cleaned with a broom, garden hose, mop, or squeegee. You can use any non-abrasive ammonia-based cleaner such as Simple Green, CLR, or ZEP Citrus Degreaser. For more stubborn problem areas such as road tar, you can use Goof Off 2.
Application and dry times
-The application process takes approximately 6-10 hours to complete a concrete floor coating project depending on size. Projects 1,500 square feet or less are usually be completed in 1 day. We strive to start and finish all projects in 1 day. We recommend waiting 6 hours before walking on a new concrete floor coating, 12 hours for medium weight objects such as boxes or light patio furniture, and 24 hours before anything heavy (i.e., heavy furniture, cars, tool boxes, etc.) is moved onto the area that was coated. Polyaspartic and epoxy concrete floor coatings systems are high-performance materials that should only be installed by a certified coatings contractor. Indoor and Outdoor projects
-The floor coating system we apply can be used in any type of environment. This includes heavy traffic industrial and commercial coatings as well as residential garage floors, basements, porches, patios, and pool deck concrete coatings. Our concrete coatings system is UV stable and non-yellowing.
