Our Process
Once we provide our free estimate for your concrete coating project an initial deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to order materials and reserve a scheduling date for services. Upon delivery of materials we will contact you to confirm product selection and date of services to be completed. This process takes between 1-2weeks depending on floor coating desired. We can provide an enclosed locking storage trailer to store your items if necessary, simply let us know where you would like the trailer located. After your project is complete and fully cured, unload the trailer and return your belongings to their designated place. Step 1: Project Preparation and Grinding
We start by diamond grinding the concrete base for maximum coating adhesion. Dust is minimized by having all grinders hooked up to vacuum systems.
Step 2: Concrete Restoration
Menders and Fillers are used to fix all of the pits and cracks before the process begins. Saw cut seams or control joints can also be filled for an additional fee.
Step 3: Base Coat and Flake
Our 100% solids, self-priming pure Polyurea basecoat is mixed and applied then flakes are broadcast by hand, providing both color and texture to the floor.
Step 4: Set up time
Setup times are typically within one hour after application. During this time we will clean up tools and take lunch.
Step 5: Scraping
Once the basecoat is fully cured and the flakes are applied. The floor is then scraped and vacuumed to remove any loose or vertical standing flakes.
Step 6: Sealer Coat
The final step is to spread and roll out the UV stable Polyaspartic clear coat for that long lasting durable finish.
We recommend waiting 6 hours before walking on your new coating, 12 hours before moving lightweight items in place and 24 hours before heavy items and vehicles to maximize durability and warranty.
